This role offers the chance to join an experienced team inside an early-stage business that has already found unit economics, is scaling, and still has significant room for growth. It is an environment where you can directly influence the product, bring your own ideas to life, and grow based on your contribution rather than fixed bureaucratic limits.

What you'll do

• Create video creatives for advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Experiment with and validate AI tools for generating visuals, video, and voiceovers.
• Develop original creative concepts and take part in team brainstorming sessions.
• Research and integrate new tools that improve the production workflow and the quality of creative assets.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in motion design.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Basic skills in Adobe After Effects or confident use of CapCut.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated content with tools such as Nano Banana, Seedream, Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Veo, or similar platforms.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate unconventional ideas.
• Ability to adapt quickly and handle tasks responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail, self-organization, and time management.
• English proficiency at B1+ level for research and working with content.
