Role Summary

This opportunity is for an Aussie Mobile Broker who will operate as a self-employed professional with the backing of Australia’s leading mortgage brand. The role combines business ownership with strong support systems, allowing you to work in a flexible way while building long-term client relationships.

You will receive a regular stream of pre-qualified appointments, automation that reduces administrative work, and fulfilment support so you can spend more time advising clients and growing your business.

Key Duties

  • Take ownership of your own brokerage activity while using the support of the Aussie network.
  • Handle pre-qualified customer appointments that are scheduled directly into your calendar.
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to plan and execute tailored campaigns that improve lead generation.
  • Support customers from the initial conversation through to settlement, while the fulfilment team manages processing and admin tasks.
  • Use the Aussie technology platform to streamline workflows, stay on top of compliance, and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Generate additional revenue by introducing clients to the broader Aussie ecosystem, including buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and insurance.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking before joining, with support available from the company. Previous exposure to sales, mortgage broking, or customer service is preferred.

The ideal candidate is motivated to build a strong, flexible business, genuinely enjoys helping Australians achieve property ownership, and has unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
