Role Summary
As an Aussie Mobile Broker, you will operate independently while benefiting from the backing of Australia’s leading mortgage brand. The role combines the freedom to run your own business with the resources, technology and support needed to grow sustainably.
The position is offered on a flexible hybrid basis and is designed for someone who wants to build strong client relationships that extend well beyond a single loan transaction.
You will also receive a consistent stream of pre-qualified appointments, automation that reduces administrative work, and fulfilment support so you can stay focused on clients and conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer appointments that are pre-qualified and placed directly into your calendar.
- Partner with the internal marketing team to plan and deliver tailored marketing activity that strengthens lead generation.
- Support clients from the initial conversation through to settlement, while the fulfilment team manages processing and administration.
- Use Aussie’s technology platform to streamline workflows, handle compliance tasks, and improve conversion rates.
- Increase earning opportunities by connecting customers with the broader Aussie ecosystem, including buyer’s agents, conveyancing and insurance services.
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or a genuine willingness to complete it before commencement, with support provided by the company. Previous experience in sales, broking or customer service is also important.
You should be driven to build a high-performing and adaptable business, genuinely motivated to help Australians achieve property ownership, and able to work in Australia without restrictions.
