  • Be able to develop story ideas and produce content for television, mobile, and social audiences.
  • Write in a compelling, authentic, and engaging style.
  • Use modern editing and photography tools to strengthen storytelling.
  • Gather original material through social monitoring and independent sources.
  • Present live news clearly, accurately, and with confidence.
  • Interview sources and verify facts for credibility and accuracy.
  • Post content each day across web and social channels.
  • Break down and pursue enterprise stories.
  • Write for the web and incorporate images and streaming video when needed.
  • Use creative presentation tools such as graphics, viewer images, webcam interviews, and other media formats to improve stories.
