Role Overview
The Monitoring Executive will be responsible for watching customer sites according to the Business Unit’s Monitoring SOP, maintaining alertness, and taking prompt action when irregularities are noticed. This position requires comfort with round-the-clock operations and shift-based work.
Responsibilities
- Monitor customer locations in line with the standard operating procedure for the business unit.
- Maintain continuous attention to detail and respond quickly to any unusual activity or issue.
- Escalate inconsistencies to the next level of support without delay.
- Be available for a 24x7 work setup, including rotating shifts.
Job Guidelines
- Work schedules follow a 24/7 roster assigned by the department.
- Overlap shifts for women employees may vary depending on the situation.
- Night shift is compulsory for male candidates.
- Attendance is required on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- Unapproved leave may lead to penalties.
- Compliance with the leave policy and attendance policy is mandatory.
