Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Mobile Patrol Team in Dublin and nearby areas. This position offers a crucial role in delivering high-quality security services, primarily during night shifts, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours weekly.
As a Mobile Patrol Officer, your primary responsibility is to protect people, property, and information effectively. You will be patrolling multiple sites, responding quickly to incidents, and enhancing security resilience across the branch network. Your presence is essential in fostering safety, reassurance, and support within our service locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional mobile security patrols and alarm response services.
- React promptly to security threats, incidents, or wellbeing concerns encountered during duty.
- Offer visible and proactive support to clients and colleagues ensuring a secure environment.
- Remain vigilant, inquisitive, and engaged throughout every shift.
- Assist with out-of-hours deliveries and escort duties as required.
- Identify and report any Health & Safety hazards found at client sites immediately.
- Carry out any other duties necessary to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.
- Complete all assigned tasks meticulously as specified in the Assignment Instructions.
- Operate fleet vehicles responsibly and legally adhering to all road traffic regulations.
- Maintain personal and client safety standards, reporting concerns accordingly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possession of a valid Private Security Authority (PSA) licence.
- Hold a full, clean manual driving license.
- Right to work in Ireland with at least five years of verifiable work history.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Comfortable working independently and effectively managing time and responsibilities.
- Good IT proficiency and sound knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.
Compensation and Working Hours
- Hourly wage of €17.66.
- Night shift allowance at €20.00 per shift.
- Sunday premium entitlement of €3.44 per hour.
- Minimum of 36 hours per week with work predominantly during night shifts.
