About the Role
Mineral Resources is excited to restart operations at the Bald Hill Lithium Mine near Kambalda in the Goldfields-Esperance region. This presents a unique chance to join a site being revitalized with a full mining fleet, contributing significantly to future lithium production.
The position involves Fly-In-Fly-Out from Perth on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster, with Drive-In-Drive-Out options from the Goldfields upon case-by-case consideration.

Candidate Requirements
- Team-oriented professionals with a strong commitment to safety
- Trade certification recognized in Australia
- Current valid Australian driver’s license
- Air Conditioning Certification if necessary for the role
- Experience in mining or extensive mobile equipment maintenance involving large-scale surface mining machinery from leading OEMs
- Expertise in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Hold or commit to obtaining a National Heavy Haulage Card within 12 months
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia
