MIS Executive - Back Office Process

About The Role

We are hiring for the position of Back Office MIS Executive for the HDFC ERGO Back Office Process based in Thane, Maharashtra. This role involves managing and preparing detailed MIS reports related to general insurance operations including health and motor insurance lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Analyze business data using advanced Microsoft Excel features to generate insightful reports.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle back-office operations pertaining to general insurance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective data collection and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Detect and rectify discrepancies found within reports quickly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass) or above.
• At least 2 years of overall work experience including a minimum of 1 year within general insurance, specifically health or motor insurance.
• Male candidates only.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF functions, chart creation, and data validation.
• Strong capabilities in MIS report generation and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team coordination skills.

Compensation and Benefits
