Role overview
Magnetic, a fast-moving creative agency in Hoxton, London, is hiring a Mid-weight Multi-disciplinary Designer. The role suits a flexible, curious designer who is comfortable moving between branding, digital, print, motion and experiential work. You will support projects from early ideas through to final delivery, contributing to work for global brands, ambitious NGOs and disruptive startups.
This position calls for someone with strong visual craft, careful attention to detail, a willingness to keep learning, and a drive to make meaningful work. The agency also works across London and Istanbul and delivers both offline and digital services, including branding and immersive experiences.
What you will do
- Create design solutions across brand, web, digital, print, motion and campaign work.
- Help develop creative concepts and turn briefs into polished visual outputs.
- Produce brand assets, presentation decks, social media creatives, websites, marketing collateral and print materials.
- Prepare artwork and production-ready files for both digital and print use.
- Build simple motion graphics, animations and interactive pieces when needed.
- Work closely with strategists, account managers, developers and other designers throughout each project.
- Contribute ideas in workshops, brainstorms and project launch sessions.
- Keep visual output consistent with each client’s brand and the agency’s quality bar.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently.
- Stay open to new tools, technologies and creative methods that improve outcomes.

Requirements
- Between 2 and 5 years’ experience in a creative agency, studio or in-house design role.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a closely related creative subject, or equivalent practical experience.
- Confident use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proven experience working across branding, print and digital design.
- Motion design experience with After Effects or similar software.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages or other digital experiences.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare artwork for production.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working collaboratively.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive working style.
- Interest in emerging creative technologies, AI tools and interactive experiences.
Nice-to-have skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in exhibition, event, environmental or experiential design.
- Exposure to AR, interactive design or immersive technologies.
- Illustration, 3D or video editing capability.

Additional information
Interviews are planned for July 2026. The start date is as soon as possible. The agency offers training for Augmented Reality work if you are unfamiliar with it.
