Work Environment

Based in a stylish new office near Tower Bridge in London, Tom & Co. offers a blend of in-office and remote work, with a requirement to be onsite for two days a week. This vibrant and creative setting supports personal and professional growth within a fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and take full ownership of a dedicated "Pod," a self-sufficient, multidisciplinary team handling a specific client subset.
  • Facilitate agile practices including daily standups, refinement sessions, and Kanban prioritization.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize workloads while keeping clients informed of schedules and changes.
  • Participate in weekly client update calls and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage resources proactively, monitoring leave and escalating risks related to staffing shortages.
  • Ensure integration of retrospective feedback into ongoing processes.
  • Analyze delivery metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise Service Desk operations and escalate urgent issues as needed.
  • Oversee project management for retainer engagements within the pod.
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines, budget controls, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Account Strategists to secure additional funding as necessary and ensure partner referral commissions are correctly managed.
  • Provide weekly delivery and progress updates to the Head of Project Management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize Jira for internal task management and ClickUp for client and project tracking to maintain team organisation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of three years' experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with Magento2 platform is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for internal teams and external client engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage client stakeholders effectively.
  • Good technical understanding of website development.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Experience with project management tools, specifically Jira.
  • Ambitious with a desire to grow in a dynamic, challenging environment.
  • Highly organized, logical, and methodical in approach.
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital technologies.
  • Excellent command of English.
