Role Overview

The Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) plays a critical role in ensuring products are stocked accurately and presented optimally to enhance the customer shopping experience, while prioritizing safety, precision, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, rotate merchandise, and carry out special projects to improve product presentation aligning with supplier requirements.
• Apply visual merchandising strategies to correctly display products that encourage sales growth.
• Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools, and update display materials including signage and brochures.
• Collaborate with teams under onsite supervision, serving multiple store departments, involving repetitive physical activities such as lifting, bending, and operating lifting equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store associates and deliver excellent customer service to internal teammates and external customers.

Additional Information

• Shift options include day and overnight schedules.
• Positions available for both full-time and part-time employment.
