Job Overview
Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) are responsible for maintaining product stock and presentation, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and undertake special projects to optimize product presentation and satisfy supplier requirements.
- Apply merchandising strategies, correctly displaying products to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Construct displays and fixtures using hand and power tools; refresh display materials, signage, and brochures as needed.
- Operate as part of a team under on-site supervision, servicing multiple departments and performing physically demanding tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and use of lifting equipment.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and deliver excellent service to both internal team members and customers.
Additional Information
Positions available during the day and overnight shifts, with options for full-time or part-time employment.
