Job description

Role overview

This full-time, exempt position is based onsite in Atlanta, GA at Ponce City Market, within a Class A office environment. The role reports to the onsite Tenant Experience Manager and focuses on delivering a premium hospitality experience for tenants through well-run meetings, conferences, and community activations.

Compensation and benefits

The salary starts at $67,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to $4,000 for top performance. Benefits include free employee-only medical coverage, a 4% employer 401(k) match, and free short-term disability. Additional benefits are available, as noted by the employer.

Work schedule

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Earlier starts or later evenings may be needed depending on events and bookings.

Mission

The purpose of the role is to run a luxury hospitality program that elevates the tenant experience in a high-end office building in Atlanta. You will deliver concierge-style support to building occupants and work with the Tenant Experience Manager on events and initiatives that bring activity to the property.

What you will do

You will turn event plans into smooth on-site execution, making sure each booking is ready in every detail. The role requires careful coordination, quick problem-solving, and a polished presence so that even complex setups feel effortless to guests.

  • Plan logistics for your assigned service line, including timelines, room setups, and service flow documentation.
  • Coordinate with a fellow Meetings & Events Coordinator on tenant meetings, conferences, vendor relationships, and event execution.
  • Prepare and distribute final event information, including arrival windows, scopes of work, and related documentation.
  • Manage permits and all required paperwork so that collaborators meet building standards.
  • Act as the onsite point person for daily operations, handling high-profile meetings, conferences, and engagement events with calm professionalism.
  • Oversee teardown, reset, and restocking so each space is returned to a five-star condition with approved touches in place.
  • Identify and solve issues promptly by following the correct procedures.
  • Complete post-event notes and documentation to support team learning and continuous improvement.
  • Support other service lines as needed and help leadership prioritize work that adds value to the property.
  • Use feedback and data to recommend improvements that increase traffic, reservations, and overall business results.
  • Work toward strong post-survey scores by ensuring the delivered experience matches what was promised.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in venue operations, hospitality, event management, or other premium guest-facing settings such as hotels, conference centers, event venues, or workplace hospitality. At least 1 year of experience in event sales and facility management is also required.

You should already know how to deliver high-touch, five-star service in busy environments, handle difficult issues without losing the guest experience, and work smoothly with both internal and external partners. Strong Excel skills are needed for tracking and reporting, along with hands-on experience using Google Workspace, Slack, scheduling tools, booking tools, and event management platforms. You should also be comfortable learning membership and program management software quickly.

Key strengths

Success in this job depends on an exceptional eye for detail, strong logistical planning, poise during live events, and a habit of staying ahead of potential problems. You should be dependable, clear in communication, collaborative across teams, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in maintaining a polished environment
  • Ability to translate complex plans into step-by-step event logistics
  • Calm, professional judgment under pressure during live execution
  • Anticipatory thinking and proactive issue prevention
  • Reliable relationship-building with tenants, guests, vendors, and coworkers
  • Willingness to learn operational systems, AV tools, wellness tech, and workflows
  • Ability to adapt across service lines and support broader building goals
