Role Overview
The company is looking for an adaptable and driven Medical Writer to contribute to the creation of next-generation learning and training experiences for life sciences audiences. This position involves building AI-first educational content and offers room for professional growth while working on initiatives with real-world impact. Prior experience with technical or AI subjects is not required. The ideal candidate is curious, flexible, quick to learn, and able to turn complex scientific material into engaging, interactive, and highly accurate learning experiences. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
What You Will Do
- Create compelling training materials that align with client objectives and meet rigorous clinical and regulatory standards, including hands-on execution through content production workflows and supporting technologies.
- Ensure every solution maintains a consistently high standard, including clearly defined learning goals and measurable outcomes.
- Rapidly build knowledge in new therapeutic areas, use cases, and related subject matter while staying current with the latest developments.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of implementations for large enterprise clients, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to shape briefs, develop ideas, plan workstreams, and produce clear, effective presentation materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical writing, editing, or a related role within a medical communications agency, technology company, or similar environment.
- A medical or science-based degree is preferred, such as MD, MBChB, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, or PhD; alternatively, a Bachelor of Science degree with relevant professional experience is acceptable.
- Prior exposure to life sciences or healthcare organizations is required.
- Experience in project management is considered an advantage.
- A strong growth mindset, solid technical comfort, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly are important.
