Job description
About the Company
Alpha Supplies Medical is a growing business in the healthcare sector, focused on creating practical and innovative solutions for doctors, clinicians, and patients. The organization is building products and services that aim to improve access to medical offerings and raise the overall standard of care. It operates in a lively, fast-moving setting where honesty, evidence-based decisions, and customer impact are highly valued. The company also supports professional growth and effective collaboration across remote teams.
Role Overview
This position is a full-time remote opportunity for a Medical Sales Representative. The role centers on prospecting for new clients, evaluating leads, and running virtual sales discussions, with occasional face-to-face meetings when required. You will introduce medical products and services to healthcare professionals, manage the sales funnel, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms that work for both clients and the business.
Key Duties
The job also includes building long-term customer relationships, responding quickly to client needs, and using client feedback to improve products and service quality. You will work closely with internal teams, keep sales records updated in CRM systems, and stay focused on achieving or exceeding sales goals while following all applicable medical and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have strong experience in medical sales, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals in healthcare environments. Clear and confident communication is essential, especially when explaining complex medical information to different audiences. Strong customer service ability is also important for handling issues and maintaining satisfaction. A basic understanding of medicine or pharmacy is needed to understand product usage, clinical processes, and compliance requirements. Helpful additions include experience with CRM tools, remote selling, and sales reporting based on data. The role also requires the ability to work independently, manage time well, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring a proven record of success in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. Candidates must also have valid authorization to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
Work Style
This is a remote role, but the position may involve occasional in-person meetings as needed.
