Role Overview
This role focuses on supporting provider licensure and credentialing operations, including application handling, renewals, regulatory coordination, and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee provider licensing activities by checking and validating credential information.
- Examine, submit, organize, and monitor applications as well as renewal requests.
- Serve as a point of contact with licensing boards and related authorities.
- Guide healthcare providers through licensing and credentialing requirements.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work when needed.
- Help onboard and train new team members.
- Prepare updates and progress reports for internal tracking.
- Maintain adherence to applicable rules, procedures, and compliance standards.
Eligibility
