Job description
Role Overview
The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust seeks a Medical Laboratory Assistant to join the Infection Sciences Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. This role involves executing both routine and specialized tasks in pathology, adhering strictly to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Pathology Quality Policy. The position supports Biomedical Scientists by providing essential clerical and technical assistance to maintain high-quality services within the pathology discipline.
Working Hours and Location
This is a part-time role of 25 hours weekly, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10pm, based specifically in the Infection Sciences (Bacteriology) section at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Training and Eligibility
