Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to manage and expand a substantial Meta ad budget ranging from $1.5 million to over $3 million monthly for a dynamic and fast-growing direct-to-consumer healthcare brand. This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily hands-on management of Meta advertising accounts including structuring campaigns, managing budgets, pacing expenditures, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimizations targeting UK and international markets.
- Profitably scale ad spend while ensuring Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) goals are achieved; substantiate spending based on clear data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with the creative lead to convert performance data into concrete creative briefs and build comprehensive testing frameworks.
- Work alongside the Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on weekly sprint cycles focused on funnel and landing page improvements.
- Communicate concise and actionable metrics to senior leadership including the Head of Performance, VP of Growth, and CEO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of direct experience managing Meta media buying for direct-to-consumer and business-to-consumer brand accounts.
- Demonstrated experience personally handling Meta advertising budgets exceeding one million dollars per month.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing ROAS, CAC, and understanding complex campaign structures.
- Proven ability to optimize advertising accounts across various international markets.
- Competence in translating complex data findings into practical strategies for growth.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity incentives. Exceptional candidates may receive higher remuneration.
