Role Overview
Join OMD New Zealand as a Media Assistant and collaborate with your team to develop leading marketing concepts for some of the country's most renowned brands. About Media Agencies
Media agencies specialize in strategizing, planning, and purchasing media space on behalf of top global advertisers and iconic brands. This encompasses all offline and online platforms including TV, radio, cinema, press, out-of-home, and digital channels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily account management and campaign implementation.
- Serve as a support contact for client and media communications.
- Manage administrative duties such as arranging meetings, preparing work-in-progress reports, and compiling project documentation.
- Verify booking confirmations, schedule checks, monitor campaigns, conduct post-campaign analysis, and reporting under manager supervision.
- Track campaign delivery across all communication channels.
- Support the team with invoicing, financial reconciliation, and related administrative tasks.
- Contribute creative ideas for process improvements and actively participate in idea generation and campaign optimization.
