Role Overview

This position is for a detail-oriented Meat and Seafood Department Clerk who enjoys fast-paced work and providing excellent customer service. The job involves preparing, packing, and presenting fresh meat and seafood items while maintaining strong standards for quality and food safety. You will also help keep the department tidy, organized, and properly stocked, and assist shoppers with product selection, cooking guidance, and other helpful information.

• Prepare, portion, package, and display meat and seafood products in an appealing and safe manner.
• Maintain freshness, product quality, and compliance with food safety expectations.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and well supplied throughout the shift.
• Support customers by answering questions, helping them choose products, and sharing basic cooking suggestions.
