About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead our team, and deliver an exceptional dining experience in Tabuk. This is an immediate opening for a professional with proven experience in restaurant management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the expertise to lead a distinguished team, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف الكامل على العمليات اليومية للمطعم للصالات والمطبخ.
• قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق العمل لتقديم أفضل مستويات الخدمة.
• متابعة الأداء المالي وضبط التكاليف مثل المخزون، الهدر، والعمالة.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة الغذائية والجودة.
• التعامل مع ملاحظات العملاء بمهنية وضمان رضاهم التام.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance and control operational costs (Food Cost & Inventory).
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations.
• Interact with guests, handle feedback professionally, and ensure satisfaction.

المتطلبات والشروط

• خبرة عملية سابقة ومثبتة في مجال إدارة المطاعم.
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية استثنائية وقدرة عالية على إدارة الأزمات.
• فهم قوي بالإدارة المالية للمطاعم وتكلفة الأغذية والمخزون.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على توجيه الفريق.
• التواجد الحالي في مدينة تبوك أو القدرة الجاهزة على الانتقال إليها.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant financial and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Tabuk or willing to relocate.
