Material Planner

Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Material Planner to join our team at Mount Everest Breweries Limited in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on managing material planning, procurement processes, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of the procurement team in meetings, showcasing purchasing performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate communications within the team and organize both internal and external events.
• Maintain professional, transparent communications with stakeholders to support business goals.
• Engage closely with suppliers to guarantee timely receipt and delivery of all required materials.
• Assess current purchasing procedures and proactively implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.

Experience and Skills Required

• A solid track record with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in material planning, procurement, or closely related disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP, Management Information Systems (MIS), procurement planning, and overall supply chain management.
• Exceptional business acumen paired with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.
• Proficient communication skills, including presentation expertise and the ability to manage relationships at various levels.
• Capable of independently managing client communications and developing new business relations effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) platforms is highly advantageous.
