Job Overview

This role is based at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli in Al Wakrah, Qatar. Role Purpose

The mason is expected to carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to the hotel’s planned maintenance schedule. The position also involves keeping work areas clean and orderly after each task, handling hotel-issued tools with care, and storing them correctly at the end of each shift.

Key Duties

• Complete preventive maintenance activities as outlined in the hotel’s maintenance plan.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area once assignments are finished.
• Use hotel-provided tools in a responsible and professional manner.
• Return, store, and account for tools properly after the shift ends.
• Support the hotel’s energy-saving initiatives.
• Contribute practical cost-reduction suggestions whenever possible, including ideas beyond the Engineering Department.

Qualifications

Applicants should have formal documented training from a technical or vocational institute, along with at least one year of experience working in a hotel engineering department. A strong working knowledge of civil work or masonry is required.
