Marketplace Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Join our team as a Marketplace Warehouse Manager responsible for managing comprehensive warehouse activities that support marketplace sellers. You will ensure seamless inventory control, precise order fulfillment, and coordinated logistics to provide customers with prompt and dependable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including inbound shipments, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics while complying with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate seller inventory through routine reconciliation and minimizing losses or shrinkage.
• Enhance order accuracy, reduce mistakes in fulfillment, and improve turnaround time (TAT) for orders.
• Lead initiatives for process enhancements by applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and support automation tools such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld devices.
• Manage and nurture warehouse staff, optimizing workforce planning and team performance.
• Ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate effectively with teams across marketplace operations, logistics, finance, and technology.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering disciplines.
• Have between 5 and 7 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably within e-commerce.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Bring proven leadership capabilities in managing and developing teams.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
