Job description

Role overview

This is a senior, high-impact recruiting leadership position supporting a partner organization that will handle all application review and next steps. The role is based in the United States and focuses on expanding a nationwide network of clinicians for a rapidly growing healthcare marketplace.

You will define and run the recruiting systems that help patients gain access to home-based care across several U.S. states. The work combines recruiting execution, marketplace operations, and analytical decision-making, with responsibility for building a scalable function from early processes into a national operating model.

The environment is fast-moving, highly independent, and oriented around product thinking. Success in this role requires strong ownership, experimentation, and sound judgment, as your work will influence supply levels, care capacity, and overall marketplace performance.

Key accountabilities

  • Create, implement, and grow end-to-end recruiting processes for 1099 registered nurses across current markets and new state launches.
  • Lead clinician acquisition efforts through sourcing, referrals, outbound outreach, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Strengthen the recruiting funnel by finding drop-off points, improving process flow, and increasing conversion, speed, quality, and activation.
  • Build market-level recruiting plans using demand signals, nurse availability, and coverage requirements.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics setups to monitor funnel health, sourcing performance, activation metrics, and overall network supply.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to forecast supply needs, identify shortfalls early, and support readiness for new markets.
  • Upgrade recruiting tools, workflows, and automation to make hiring more efficient, scalable, and data-led.
  • Keep recruiting activity aligned with state licensing, credentialing, and contractor compliance requirements throughout the process.

Experience and background

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of recruiting experience, including both direct sourcing/hiring work and ownership of recruiting operations or systems. Experience in high-volume recruiting, marketplace recruiting, or supply-side talent acquisition is important.

A strong analytical approach is needed, along with comfort using data, creating reports, and turning insights into practical improvements. You should have a track record of building or refining recruiting playbooks, workflows, or acquisition strategies in fast-paced settings.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are required, especially when collaborating across teams. The role also calls for independence, strong prioritization, and the ability to carry initiatives from idea through execution.

Preferred profile

Background in healthcare recruiting or clinician networks such as home health, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion is strongly preferred. Experience working with 1099 contractor models, multi-state recruiting, and licensing or compliance considerations is a plus.

Familiarity with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms is highly valued. Understanding of nurse licensure and credentialing frameworks across U.S. states would be an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range is $90,000 to $105,000, and the package also includes an equity/options grant.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Unlimited PTO with a minimum number of days off required
  • Paid parental leave
  • Monthly allowance for phone and internet
  • Annual learning and development stipend
  • HSA and FSA options
  • Optional supplemental coverage, including life, accident, hospital, and critical illness insurance
  • Fully remote work with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States
  • Schedule aligned with U.S. time zones, while remaining flexible for distributed teams

Application and privacy information

Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to assess candidates quickly and fairly against the role’s core requirements. Shortlisted profiles are then shared with the hiring company, which manages interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data will be processed to evaluate candidacy and share relevant details with the employer, based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Applicants may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to data processing at any time.

AI tools may also be used to support parts of the hiring workflow, such as application review, resume analysis, response evaluation, and consistency checks. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.
