Role overview

This position supports the Senior Marketplace Manager in running and improving Huski’s marketplace channels, with a strong focus on Amazon and other international platforms. The role is practical and wide-ranging, giving exposure to eCommerce operations, digital marketing, advertising, promotions, inventory tracking, reporting, and customer experience. It is well suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and motivated to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Help expand Huski’s sales and visibility across global marketplaces, especially Amazon.
  • Create, update, and improve product listings so they are accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused.
  • Assist with marketplace advertising, promotional activity, and performance analysis.
  • Track channel results, review data, and highlight opportunities to improve growth.
  • Support inventory planning by monitoring stock levels, forecasts, and stock runway.
  • Contribute to a strong customer experience by managing account health, replying to customer enquiries, and resolving marketplace issues.
  • Help manage marketplace tools and external partners involved in review automation, product research, and new growth projects.
  • Keep up with marketplace trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to strengthen sales, reviews, and overall marketplace performance.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and turn findings into growth opportunities.
  • Hands-on, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
  • Good organisational skills and comfort working to deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good design awareness and careful attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite; Canva experience is an advantage.
  • Confidence to learn new systems and technology, with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • A qualification in marketing, business, or a related area is preferred but not mandatory.
