Role overview

The Hustle House is hiring a marketing specialist in Indore for a founder-led, hands-on role. This is a build-from-scratch position where you will shape the marketing function, work directly with the founders, and own outcomes rather than simply follow a preset plan. The monthly base compensation is ₹20,000–40,000, with a path to managing budget and eventually building a team.

You will be part of a lean setup with no separate marketing department yet, so this role is best suited to someone comfortable making independent decisions, testing ideas quickly, and taking ownership of results. The company already has traction through high-ticket B2B work, a live paying pilot for its SaaS product, and ongoing UAE market-entry efforts.

It is a strong fit for someone who has operated as a founder before, worked as a consultant for years and wants to own outcomes instead of serving as a vendor, or freelanced successfully but now wants a role with more scope and strategic control. What you will do

You will define and execute marketing direction across two businesses: a high-ticket AI consulting/services arm and Specter AI, the company’s SaaS product. The work spans strategy, content, outbound, paid acquisition, sales support, lifecycle communication, and reporting.

Growth path and working model

On day one, you will work directly with the founders and operate without a middle management layer. During the first 60–90 days, your main goal will be to prove one working channel or motion, such as a campaign, content engine, or outreach sequence. Once that is working, you will be given budget and the authority to expand it, including hiring support for the function you help create.

The company expects strong self-direction, clear judgment, and the ability to decide on a course of action even when the steps are not spelled out. You should be comfortable with occasional mistakes that come from taking responsibility rather than waiting for permission.

Core responsibilities

Your ownership will include go-to-market planning, brand and content building, performance marketing, outbound system design, sales enablement, lifecycle messaging, and visibility/reporting systems.

In practice, this means creating strategy for both relationship-led consulting offers and distribution-led SaaS growth, building founder-led LinkedIn content, managing Meta campaigns, setting up structured outbound across LinkedIn and email, preparing sales collateral, contributing to discovery calls, and ensuring the founders always have clear visibility into progress.

Ideal working style

The company is looking for someone who can take a broad business goal, decide the best channel and message to pursue, and build the system independently. You should be able to think strategically across SaaS and high-ticket services in the same day, while also handling tactical execution across ads, outreach, content, funnel thinking, and WhatsApp-based distribution.

Requirements

Success in this role depends more on judgment and ownership than on years of experience. You should be able to diagnose a marketing problem, choose the right action, and carry it through without needing a detailed brief or repeated sign-off.

You will need practical capability in Meta Ads, LinkedIn and email outreach, organic content creation that does not sound generic, basic funnel and landing-page thinking, and sales-support work such as reviewing calls and building persuasive decks. Comfort using AI tools as part of your daily workflow is also expected.

The role is not a fit for someone whose only background is large-team or large-budget marketing where execution was delegated to others, or for someone who needs close supervision to make progress.

Additional information

The role is based in Indore and is described as founder-direct, meaning you will report straight to the founders. The job is full-time and onsite. The company emphasizes that this is not a standard social media manager role and not a position for someone who wants a narrow task list.

Preference will be given to candidates who share a first-30-days idea tailored to either the SaaS business or the service business, along with the reasoning behind it. The hiring approach is focused on thinking ability rather than résumé titles.

Compensation and progression

The base monthly salary is ₹20,000–40,000. In addition to pay, the role includes a staged route toward managing tools/software budget and eventually hiring the first team member for the function you build.
