Role overview

We are looking for a mid-level Marketing Specialist who can bring together creativity, data analysis, and execution to strengthen brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and support growth. The role involves planning campaigns, tracking market movement, and contributing to marketing work across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, run, and fine-tune marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms.
  • Carry out market research, competitor review, and customer insight analysis to help guide business decisions.
  • Create and oversee content for websites, social channels, email marketing, and promotional assets.
  • Support product launches, promotional programs, events, and wider brand activities.
  • Handle digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media ads, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Review campaign results and prepare updates on important metrics and performance indicators.
  • Work closely with design, sales, product, and external collaborators to deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Ensure brand messaging stays consistent across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination when needed.
  • Keep up with industry developments, consumer behavior patterns, and new marketing technologies.
  • Suggest practical improvements and fresh ideas to increase marketing impact and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, or a related area is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing fundamentals, branding, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Good analytical thinking with the capability to interpret data and improve campaign outcomes.
  • A creative approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle several projects and campaigns at the same time.
  • Well-developed organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
