About the Role
This role is suited to a creative, performance-oriented marketing professional who can help elevate institutional visibility and promote community-focused programs and initiatives. The position centers on building awareness, improving engagement, and supporting the expansion of donor and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing plans that support the organization’s broader goals.
- Oversee digital communication channels such as social media, the website, and email marketing.
- Produce clear, engaging content for marketing and communications use.
- Organize and deliver campaigns, events, and community outreach activities.
- Liaise with media contacts to secure press coverage and support public relations efforts.
- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance updates and recommendations.
- Carry out market research to understand trends and audience expectations.
- Build and maintain strong connections with partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Keep branding and institutional messaging consistent across all communication channels.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Prior exposure to NGO or community-based work is considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and content management systems.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English communication.
- A creative approach paired with solid analytical and organizational abilities.
