Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist for the Art Studio is tasked with enhancing Wonderwall Studio’s digital footprint. Core responsibilities include managing the BigCommerce e-commerce platform, handling social media channels, developing content, and running marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure brand consistency, boost customer interaction, and support sales growth online. The candidate must be highly organized, creative, and capable of multitasking within a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a well-structured content calendar shaping Wonderwall Studio’s brand voice and aesthetics across Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging short-form copy describing fine art including artists' techniques, styles, and inspirations.
- Review and evaluate social media performance and market trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to identify effective content and strategic insights.
- Lead discovery and execution of growth opportunities across various social media channels.
- Administer day-to-day marketing functions and website management for Wonderwall Studio, coordinating with external developers and overseeing product launches and storytelling.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies, proactively dealing with obstacles.
- Collaborate with Curation & Artist Relations, Art Data, and Visual Assets teams to onboard new products and deploy visual assets consistently.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and provide strategic recommendations.
- Take on additional marketing tasks and projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design, or comparable relevant experience.
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, content marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines in a creative and fast-paced setting. Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and Canto is preferred.
- Proficient in using social media management platforms; experienced with Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest is advantageous.
