- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in SaaS, marketplace platforms, fintech, or startup settings.
- Solid working knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Background in content development, branding, and campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Genuine interest in mission-driven work centered on youth, families, and community development.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment and adapting quickly to change.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to payment processing, scheduling software, or marketplace products.
- Ability to create graphics or video content.
- Understanding of partnership marketing and community outreach.

- A flexible work setup.
- A purpose-led culture focused on supporting families and youth.
- Competitive pay along with performance-based incentives.
- The chance to create measurable impact through innovative technology and scholarship access initiatives.
