About the Opportunity

We are looking for a marketing professional to help grow an early-stage EdTech platform that aims to make software engineering education highly engaging and broadly accessible. The product is being designed as a modern learning experience for developers, combining short videos, in-depth series, practical coding projects, live classes, and tailored learning paths. The goal is to build a brand and community that developers actively enjoy and share.

Role Overview

In this position, you will take ownership of content-led growth and brand building across major social channels. The role combines organic and paid marketing, community engagement, performance-focused experimentation, and strategic content creation geared toward developer audiences.

Core Focus Areas

  • Create engaging, attention-grabbing content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube that speaks to developers and tech audiences.
  • Plan and run growth campaigns across both organic and paid channels to expand reach and attract users.
  • Convert users into loyal advocates who help amplify the brand.
  • Support SEO, content planning, community growth, and performance marketing efforts.
  • Test creative marketing ideas such as memes, short-form videos, and developer-focused challenges.
