Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to supervise and coordinate marketing projects across various brands within the company. This key role will serve as the primary link among the Marketing/Creative team, different business units, internal departments, and external collaborators to guarantee that projects are executed efficiently, with clarity, and within scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track all marketing projects spanning multiple brands and business units.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator between marketing/creative teams, agencies, business divisions, and other departments.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project trackers, timelines, priorities, and status reports.
  • Clearly define project briefs, requirements, assigned owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Follow up regularly with designers, copywriters, content owners, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous progress.
  • Identify potential obstacles early and escalate as necessary.
  • Organize meetings, review sessions, approval processes, and feedback cycles.
  • Prepare and communicate regular updates and progress summaries.
  • Assist the team in enhancing workflows, planning, and cross-functional communications.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in project management, marketing operations, account management, or a similar coordination position.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, business, and external teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proactive in driving projects forward and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Sound understanding of marketing, content creation, creative production, and social media processes.

Additional Advantages

  • Background in managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace or equivalent platforms.
  • Competence in creating clear and comprehensive timelines, trackers, and project status reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of creative production workflows including design, copywriting, video, and social media content development.
  • Ability to organize and bring clarity to complex or rapidly progressing projects.
  • Proactive approach coupled with disciplined follow-up habits.
