Role Summary

This position is internally referred to as Client Success Manager and owns the complete project lifecycle, from kickoff and financial planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closeout. The main emphasis is on improving client satisfaction while meeting meaningful business and project objectives. Working closely with Enrollment Marketing Consultants and teams across strategy, creative, analytics, web, and media, you will help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The role connects creative ambition with realistic business outcomes so neither quality nor goals are compromised. It also includes leading daily client communication and managing projects end to end so work moves smoothly, stays aligned to expectations, and supports internal financial targets. In addition to delivering the current scope of work, you will help advance the client’s longer-term goals by identifying opportunities for growth and renewal and by showing clear return on investment. You will also monitor key performance indicators and report on both project health and financial performance while building strong internal and external relationships that support excellent work and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of brand, media, creative, SEO, CRM, and consultative projects, using clear goals and data-informed judgment to guide decisions.
  • Continuously monitor scopes and profitability, making sure projects remain on track financially and operationally.
  • Create realistic schedules, coordinate resources, and clear obstacles so teammates can deliver strong work and continue developing.
  • Keep cross-functional partners aligned through concise, direct communication that builds trust and supports collaboration.
  • Promote efficient, high-standard production practices so every deliverable reflects VisionPoint’s promise of making things easier for clients.
  • Deliver after-action analysis that helps the team improve solutions and apply learnings to future projects.
  • Work with clients and the Enrollment Marketing Consultant to define goals and success measures from the start through project completion.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication with clarity, empathy, and well-defined expectations.
  • Run productive meetings with focused agendas so each discussion ends with a clear next step.
  • Escalate changes to scope, budget, or timeline early, explain the impact, and present solutions that preserve momentum.
  • Track progress against objectives and adjust efforts proactively so the work remains centered on client results.
  • Spot renewal and expansion opportunities by connecting project outcomes to broader client goals and reinforcing VisionPoint’s role as a trusted enrollment marketing partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or agency work.
  • Background managing the full lifecycle of marketing and advertising projects, including KPI tracking such as margin and pace.
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience using project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively with different cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify workflow improvements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Interest in digital marketing, with appreciation for strong creative work and measurable results.
  • Willingness to contribute positively to VisionPoint’s culture.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to drive project outcomes while staying aligned with client business goals.
