Marketing Project Coordinator

About the Role

Grow Sciences is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Project Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial for managing campaign coordination, timelines, and reporting, enabling our existing team to concentrate on high-impact execution. You will be instrumental in improving processes and ensuring smooth logistical operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing timelines and coordinating efforts across various teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive CRM reports, ROI dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and delegating work to the creative team to prevent workflow disruptions.
• Proactively address and resolve daily obstacles, facilitating communication and task routing between retail, creative, digital, and sales operations departments.
• Deliver concise weekly summaries of analytics and key insights to leadership.
• Contribute to the implementation and upkeep of project workflows for new products, marketing assets, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or data analytics.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, data visualization tools, and fundamental CRM systems.
• Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, particularly within the cannabis or CPG industries.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

What Success Looks Like

Major campaigns will be meticulously tracked with clear, accessible dashboards, and the creative team will consistently meet all deadlines without any delays.
