Required Qualifications

  • Between three to five or more years of professional experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or closely related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing effective growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for producing engaging outreach content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing email campaigns, lead management systems, databases, and optimization of conversion processes.
  • Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on interpreting data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-evolving environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, creativity, and audience insight capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work with adaptability in a rapidly expanding startup environment.
  • Previous exposure to venture capital, accelerators, early-stage investment firms, or startup ecosystems is advantageous.
