Position Summary
This opportunity is for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational cornerstone of a growing marketing department for a partner company based in Canada. The role integrates technology, data analytics, and strategic execution to enable scalable marketing campaigns, enhanced performance measurement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize marketing technology platforms including marketing automation tools, webinar solutions, CRM systems, and other operational applications.
- Design and maintain seamless integrations between marketing and sales technologies to ensure reliable, accurate data exchange.
- Develop linkages with data platforms and product analytics to enhance insight generation and reporting capabilities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports to convert marketing activities into measurable results.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs aligned with pipeline creation and revenue targets.
- Manage lead management processes such as capture, lifecycle management, scoring, segmentation, routing, and sales handoff procedures.
- Implement and uphold data governance practices to enhance data consistency, quality, and operational dependability.
- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes, standardized templates, and workflows to increase marketing team productivity.
- Prioritize projects, report on progress, offer recommendations, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize AI solutions and automation to reduce repetitive tasks, boost efficiency, and enhance marketing execution.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of practical experience in marketing operations or marketing technology roles.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and manage integrations between marketing and sales systems.
- Strong grasp of data flow, system architecture, and troubleshooting within marketing tech ecosystems.
- Capability to design and maintain dashboards, reports, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent analytical aptitude to interpret data, detect trends, and advise leadership.
- Experience with B2B go-to-market strategies, preferably supporting enterprise and self-service models.
- Track record of deploying AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing productivity.
- Solid project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fully remote setting.
