They are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to bolster marketing initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing marketing operations to support campaign execution, workflow management, and process improvement. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure marketing projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The coordinator will act as a key link between marketing teams and stakeholders, helping to maintain organization of projects, communications, documentation, and assets, while supporting the successful implementation of integrated marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track incoming marketing requests using workflow management tools.
  • Input, update, prioritize, and advance tickets through workflow queues.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule by proactively following up with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of marketing materials.
  • Schedule meetings, distribute calendar invitations, and manage meeting logistics.
  • Confirm that all presentations, decks, and supporting documents are finalized, uploaded, and accessible before meetings.
  • Collaborate with assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure preparedness for critical meetings and initiatives.
  • Update presentation decks with minor content edits, formatting adjustments, and data modifications.
  • Document meeting notes and convert discussions into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing documentation, assets, and project details.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing teams and other departments.
  • Communicate project status updates, identify any deficiencies, and proactively resolve missing information.
  • Provide support in coordinating with senior stakeholders and team leads.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in enterprise, big-box retail, or large agency settings.
  • Comfort working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • A background in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support.
  • Experience supporting marketing strategy teams or senior marketing leaders is highly desirable.
  • A solid grasp of holistic and integrated 360° marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with fundamental marketing functions, including CRM, media, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • The ability to follow multi-channel marketing discussions and translate them into practical execution plans.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Experience within retail or marketing operations environments.
  • Capability to analyze marketing data and pinpoint areas for process enhancement.
  • Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams within a complex organizational structure.

Education Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
