Role Overview

The company’s go-to-market function is scaling rapidly. Teams run coordinated campaigns across four account tiers and use technology that identifies past champions, job-change triggers, intent signals, and website visitors. Because these signals are time-sensitive, success depends on acting on them promptly and accurately.

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will manage the daily use of the marketing technology stack and support the campaigns it powers. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you will help ensure the right contacts are identified, campaigns are launched correctly, data remains clean, and results are tracked with precision.

This position is a strong entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow in demand generation, marketing operations, and enterprise account-based marketing. You will gain direct experience with a modern GTM tech stack while contributing to campaigns for well-known technology brands.

Key Responsibilities

This role is split roughly 50% toward signal and technology operations.

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the marketing technology stack and keep an eye on surfaced signals so they are directed to the correct campaign or team member.
  • Maintain account and contact records across tiers, including cleaning lists, enriching data, removing duplicates, segmenting audiences, and keeping CRM processes disciplined.
  • Create and maintain workflows that connect signals to campaigns and sales actions so opportunities are handled quickly and effectively.
  • Prepare weekly reports covering signal volume, campaign results, and contribution to pipeline, and include practical observations and recommendations.

The role is based in Tampa, Florida, and is structured as full-time and hybrid.
