Role overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join a respected hedge fund specialist in London. This position sits within the Marketing and Communications function and is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, careful coordination, and supporting the delivery of investor-facing content.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and help manage the production process behind marketing materials, internal workflows, and the systems that support them. The role also offers the chance to contribute to improving processes, including the use of proprietary presentation tools and collaboration with in-house developers to create more efficient templates and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and circulation of marketing content using proprietary presentation automation systems.
- Manage compliance review and approval steps for marketing communications.
- Track version changes, design updates, and incoming revision requests.
- Assist with project coordination, team workflow management, and internal tracking tools.
- Review presentations, spreadsheets, and other outward-facing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide support for website updates and WordPress maintenance when needed.
