Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is posted on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle applications and all follow-up steps. The company is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst located in Canada.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of marketing performance and revenue operations, making sure that leads, campaigns, and conversions are tracked, measured, and improved throughout the funnel.
You will build and manage the systems that connect marketing activity to revenue results, including attribution models, lifecycle tracking, and automation processes.
Working with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales, you will help maintain consistent data across tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and CRM platforms.
The position blends deep analytical work with practical operational ownership, especially around tracking setup, lead handling, and campaign reporting.
You will also help strengthen how marketing performance is interpreted, reported, and used for decision-making across the business.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both the technical and analytical sides of marketing systems.
It provides strong exposure to revenue operations and strategic decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing analytics and tracking infrastructure, including GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and paid media pixels, to support reliable conversion and behavioral measurement.
- Create, maintain, and improve dashboards covering funnel performance, campaign ROI, SEO outcomes, and paid acquisition efficiency.
- Run HubSpot operations such as workflows, lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle automation across the revenue funnel.
- Manage lead data quality activities including enrichment, validation, list hygiene, and syncing across tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Support attribution modeling using methods such as first-touch, last-touch, and linear attribution, and complete manual attribution when required to preserve revenue accuracy.
- Set up and execute A/B tests, including event tracking, data layer configuration, and analysis of test outcomes.
- Track website and funnel health, spot irregularities, investigate traffic issues, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or RevOps roles within a SaaS or digital business setting.
- Strong practical experience with HubSpot, especially workflows, automation, lead management, and segmentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Clear understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel, including MQL, SQL, Opportunity, and Revenue stages, along with lifecycle management.
- Experience working with A/B testing tools and experimentation approaches.
- Working knowledge of SEO analytics and performance measurement.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in alignment with US business hours in either Eastern or Pacific time zones.
Benefits and additional information
- Remote-first working setup with flexibility.
- 20 days of paid time off each year, plus US public holidays.
- Reimbursement support for professional development, learning, and upskilling.
- Exposure to a rapidly growing SaaS business with strong product-market fit.
- Close collaboration with leadership across RevOps, Marketing, and Sales.
- Direct ownership of important marketing systems and revenue data infrastructure.
