Role Overview

Stardelite is seeking a driven Marketing Manager who can take ownership of growth and brand-building initiatives in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into measurable results and can help expand awareness, acquisition, and engagement across a variety of channels.

You will lead the marketing function from end to end, shaping plans, running campaigns, reviewing performance, and improving outcomes across the funnel. The position is remote and intended for U.S.-based professionals working full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run complete-funnel marketing programs across paid media, organic growth, email, and social platforms.
  • Design and maintain content schedules that support both product priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop focused campaigns for different audience groups, including buyers, sellers, investors, renters, and agents.
  • Track campaign results, interpret the data, and make ongoing improvements to strengthen performance.
  • Partner with product and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support platform growth.
  • Spot market shifts, seasonal opportunities, and competitive advantages, then act on them strategically.
  • Expand and protect the brand’s visibility across digital channels, including app marketplace ecosystems such as the App Store and Google Play.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

  • A documented marketing strategy is created and actively guiding execution.
  • Priority channels are live and delivering against the agreed KPIs.
  • Brand messaging is clear, consistent, and connecting with the intended audiences.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Prior work in real estate, proptech, or a consumer marketplace environment is required and treated as a must-have.
  • Strong grasp of the real estate ecosystem, including how to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, and agents.
  • Ability to tailor messaging for multiple audience segments and deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
  • Practical experience using Meta and Google ads, email marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Comfort working independently with a high level of ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and available to work fully within U.S. time zones.
