About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is central to data analysis, customer experience enhancement, and business strategy development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities, adept at transforming data into clear, actionable marketing strategies that improve customer engagement and drive significant business outcomes.

What You Will AccomplishStrategic Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Analyze customer performance metrics, engagement health, and customer health indicators (e.g., list health, category performance cuts) to identify growth and retention trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, understandable, and actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
  • Perform opportunity sizing and develop hypotheses for new initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish benchmark definitions and design A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of all customer-facing initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Customer Experience
  • Adopt a strong customer-centric perspective, serving as the voice of the customer to understand and articulate their needs and challenges.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns from initial concept and requirement definition through to performance evaluation.
  • Create precise and effective requirements, AI prompts, and creative briefs.
  • Manage incoming partner requests, coordinate interdependencies, and maintain clear, efficient communication with partner teams and collaborators.
Communication & Influence
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, utilizing data visualization and storytelling techniques to influence decisions.
  • Present data-driven arguments to partners to gain their buy-in and influence strategic direction.
What You Will Bring
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or consulting, with a focus on CRM/multi-channel communications, customer strategy, or performance analysis.
  • Robust analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, conduct quantitative analysis, and extract meaningful insights; this includes both mathematical proficiency and the capacity to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • A proven customer-centric mindset and a dedication to enhancing customer experiences.
  • The ability to balance critical thinking with practical, hands-on execution.
  • A self-motivated individual with a history of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Additional Details

The specified base pay range for this role is C$85,600 to C$114,300 annually. The actual base pay may vary based on individual factors such as location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus and restricted stock units, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, financial, and other areas (including RRSP eligibility and various paid time off benefits like PTO and parental leave). Specific details about benefit plan participation will be provided upon offer of employment.
