About the Role
We invite an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to become part of the Tatcha UK team. Founded in 2009 by Vicky Tsai following her transformative experience in Kyoto, Tatcha merges timeless Japanese botanicals with proven clinical ingredients developed at the Tatcha Institute in Tokyo. The brand focuses on skincare that harmonizes with the skin and soul.
In partnership with the Senior National Account Manager, the Marketing Manager will create and implement integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer experiences and driving retail sales and category goals across retail partners, emphasizing optimal return on investment. They will lead the brand marketing go-to-market strategies to effectively balance and execute across multiple channels to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of annual retail marketing trade plans aligned with brand goals, retailer aims, and commercial targets.
- Manage all aspects of retail marketing activities, including retailer website placements, promotional events, digital and social media marketing, and cooperative marketing, to boost brand visibility, awareness, acquisition, retention, and sales.
- Customize brand materials for channel-specific in-store and online deployment and oversee brand assets such as marketing collateral, promotional items, free samples, copy, and imagery production and distribution.
- Gather and analyze retailer marketing data to evaluate program effectiveness, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention campaigns, negotiate marketing supports, ensure smooth execution, and assess outcomes.
- Coordinate timely marketing briefs for cross-functional global teams to support various marketing projects.
- Plan and develop marketing programs including campaigns, product sets, promotional giveaways, and initiatives corresponding to channel and commercial goals.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance brand awareness, customer interaction, and loyalty across sales platforms.
- Decide on assortments for both physical stores and retailer websites, optimizing store fixtures, visual merchandising, and product pages using data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Create concepts and content to support paid media campaigns and social media initiatives aligned with brand and channel objectives.
- Prepare annual marketing budgets per channel, manage and track expenditures and cooperative investments, process invoices, perform analyses, and assist in budgeting reconciliation.

- Proven experience driving growth through prestige beauty marketing strategies, especially in partnerships with Sephora and Space NK.
