Marketing Manager

Role overview

This is a remote, hourly contract engagement for an experienced brand and creative professional. The work focuses on reviewing and assessing outputs generated by AI models, with a strong emphasis on brand quality, creative judgment, and marketing effectiveness.

You will examine content across documents, presentations, and marketing materials, then score each output against defined quality standards and provide detailed written feedback that is professional, specific, and useful.

Core work

• Assess AI-generated work across brand, creative direction, and marketing collateral for correctness, visual quality, and strategic alignment.
• Use structured scoring criteria to evaluate deliverables such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Spot factual issues, design weaknesses, and layout or structure problems in the reviewed materials.
• Write clear, constructive feedback that explains what needs improvement and why.
• Work on a flexible project basis, with workload changing according to output volume and performance.

Profile sought

• Substantial experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or developing marketing collateral.
• A portfolio or other proof of professional work in brand systems, campaign assets, or similar creative work.
• Strong English communication skills, both native-level or professional fluency and polished writing ability.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• A Master’s degree or above is preferred, though proven professional expertise is the main requirement.

Compensation and engagement

This is an independent contractor role with weekly payments handled through Stripe or Wise. The pay rate is $80 to $120 per hour.
