Role overview
As Marketing Manager - Consumer Acquisition, you will convert business priorities into marketing activity that delivers measurable commercial impact. The position covers full campaign ownership, from planning and briefing through to execution and optimisation, with a focus on campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and growth.
This role suits a marketing professional who is comfortable collaborating across teams, turning strategy into strong execution, and contributing directly to pipeline, revenue, and customer value. You will be expected to apply sound marketing judgement, work with a performance mindset, and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Direct marketing delivery for your assigned portfolio and keep activity aligned with business goals.
- Turn portfolio strategy into clear briefs and integrated marketing plans that are grounded in customer insight.
- Manage campaigns and go-to-market activity end to end across channels and teams.
- Use informed judgement on audience selection, value proposition, messaging, and channel mix.
- Support acquisition, engagement, retention, and pipeline growth, including lifecycle and customer value initiatives.
- Monitor campaign, funnel, and programme results, then refine performance using data, CRM platforms, and digital tools.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, providing guidance and practical recommendations.
Required experience and capabilities
- Solid experience delivering marketing activity from start to finish in B2C and/or B2B settings.
- A demonstrated history of producing marketing work that leads to measurable business results.
- Strong judgement in shaping audience targeting, proposition development, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Hands-on experience with acquisition marketing, go-to-market execution, and performance improvement.
- Confidence operating in complex cross-functional environments and influencing varied stakeholders.
