Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our Creative, Learning, and Marketing team. This position bridges marketing and sales, owning the systems, data, and campaigns that enable us to reach appropriate audiences at ideal moments and generate a tangible sales pipeline. Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize platforms such as Clay, HubSpot, FullEnrich, and AI tools to identify target accounts and develop prospect lists.
- Map account and contact data into HubSpot, ensuring data quality is consistently maintained.
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and InMail channels.
- Evaluate leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and facilitate their smooth transition to the sales team.
- Plan, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms.
- Conduct market research and contribute to competitive analysis and insights.
- Participate in weekly marketing and sales meetings to assess campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign and list metrics regularly and prepare performance reports.
Deliverables
- Maintain accurate, organized, and updated prospect lists.
- Manage active outbound campaigns that yield quantifiable results.
- Ensure PPC campaigns are live, monitored, and optimized for best outcomes.
- Provide clear weekly analytics and reports pertaining to campaign performance and lead quality.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with prospecting and data enrichment tools like Clay and FullEnrich or equivalents.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, or Meta platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling data, lists, and various campaign management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive, inquisitive, and solution-focused approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
- At least one year of professional experience in lead generation, growth, or digital marketing.
- Fluency in English.
