About the Company
iTutor is a Caribbean digital tutoring service built to make academic help easy to access, dependable, and secure for families. Its platform connects learners with qualified tutors through an automated system that handles scheduling, tutor matching, and lesson tracking. With parents in mind, the service is designed to provide clarity and convenience while supporting the Caribbean curriculum, including CSEC and CAPE. Because the model is platform-led, tutors can work independently while still operating within clear quality, safety, and performance standards.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Lead in Cunupia, Chaguanas. The role focuses on building and delivering marketing plans that increase brand recognition, attract new users, and deepen engagement across important Caribbean markets.
What You’ll Do
- Create and run marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
- Study the market and track competitors to spot opportunities and shape campaign direction.
- Work closely with sales and development teams to align messaging and execution.
- Monitor results, review campaign metrics, and use insights to improve performance.
- Develop and refine communications targeted at families and tutors.
- Manage digital marketing channels and partnership activity.
- Support outreach efforts and events that help promote the iTutor platform.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good communication and customer service abilities for engaging with families, tutors, and colleagues.
- Hands-on experience in market research, including understanding customer needs and competitor activity.
- Capability in marketing strategy and sales, with a track record of building campaigns and supporting growth.
- Exposure to digital channels such as social media, email, content, and performance marketing is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to interpret data, use marketing analytics tools, and report on outcomes.
- Strong planning skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy setting.
- Knowledge of the Caribbean education environment, including CSEC, CAPE, and local curricula, will be considered a plus.
