Overview
We are recruiting for a marketing internship opportunity on behalf of a partner company associated with Haystack in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area. The position is based on-site and is intended for a student who can contribute to day-to-day marketing and operational work.
What you will do
- Help plan, roll out, and monitor assortment updates and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and refresh assortment details, product information, and recipe data.
- Support the preparation of newsletters and informational sheets.
- Assist in developing and tailoring planograms, price labels, and other in-store promotional assets.
- Record and follow up on promotional activities to ensure accurate tracking.
- Contribute to routine operational and organizational tasks as part of the broader business workflow.
What you need
- You should currently be enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Gastronomy, Food Management, or a comparable field.
- An interest in food, coffee, and international gastronomy concepts is important.
- You should work in a well-organized and detail-oriented manner.
- Strong MS Office skills are required, especially in Excel.
- You must be able to commit for at least six months and work 16 to 20 hours per week.
