Role Overview
Florose is hiring a motivated Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to strengthen its expanding team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position is suited to someone with practical, hands-on expertise in performance marketing for both mobile apps and e-commerce, along with a strong grasp of attribution, analytics, and growth tactics in the Saudi market.
What You Will Do
- Set up, run, and improve paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other advertising channels.
- Handle performance marketing efforts for both app-based businesses and e-commerce brands.
- Review day-to-day campaign metrics and adjust actions to meet KPI and ROAS goals.
- Study customer paths, attribution setups, and funnel effectiveness.
- Partner with the creative and content teams to raise ad performance.
- Measure campaign outcomes and turn the results into clear, useful insights.
- Oversee attribution and analytics tools used for mobile applications.
- Carry out audience analysis, A/B experiments, and growth scaling initiatives.
- Improve acquisition, retention, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Keep up with market shifts, platform changes, and trends relevant to Saudi Arabia.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
- Previous experience working as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer.
- Solid background in marketing mobile apps as well as e-commerce campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of MMP tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking platforms including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and similar tools.
- Good understanding of attribution, tracking, and data interpretation.
- Experience in startup or other fast-moving work environments.
- Awareness of the Saudi market and local user behavior.
- Ability to handle budgets and scale campaigns in an efficient way.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present reports clearly.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Minimum overall experience of 4 years.
